Set income limits at $125,000/$225,000 for single/joint filers.
Make the credit available until April 30, 2010, with a 60 day extension if binding contract is in place by April 30th.
Purchase price of home must not exceed $800,000.

I am a South Florida resident since 1991. My 3 kids were raised here. Outside of real estate my life is filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around Friends, Family, Animal Rescue & Love of the Arts.
Charity has always been an important part of my life. Giving is receiving! Some non for profit organizations I support: AFMDA, Susan G Comen, Oleta River Adventure Association, Professional Networking Association, Toastmasters & Children's Miracle Network. My background is accounting, however, in 1995 I got into real estate and never looked back. As a Rookie of the year my first year and a top producer every year thereafter I bring passion to every thing I do. I love spending time with my 2 rescued dogs, play the piano, traveling & scuba diving and growing organic vegetables. As a music lover I sponsor the Weston Chamber Orchestra.
